*the book is very heavy (over 8kg with the shipping box). The cost by Express service such as DHL or Fedex is very expensive (over 100 euros). To avoid such cost, I decided to work with the Swiss Post in Singapore. The delay is two weeks to receive the book but the shipping cost is much cheaper.
